We have hired Rick on 2 different occasions to do a n Admission/Retention Assessment. His suggestions and insights were all helpful. He conducted an exit survey with our parents who chose not to re-enroll this year. Although we didn't receive a huge amount of responses, the feedback was helpful. We also recently purchased his training module to create our Parent Ambassador program. We are now set to launch this program in September.
