Even as a small school we had our own implementation specialist and support resource who we can reach out to with any questions. The customization available as a school is very important and helps us understand exactly how file analysis works. The new features they roll out, such as the relatively new communication tool, brings it to the next level. Sometimes it takes a completely new approach to realize how much better a system can be. We have hired Rick on 2 different occasions to do a n Admission/Retention Assessment. His suggestions and insights were all helpful. He conducted an exit survey with our parents who chose not to re-enroll this year. Although we didn't receive a huge amount of responses, the feedback was helpful. We also recently purchased his training module to create our Parent Ambassador program. We are now set to launch this program in September.
